
The Photo restoration process can be applied to almost any black and white, colour or sepia tinted photograph. Work is accepted on photographic prints, negatives or transparencies. We can also restore documents to their original condition. Photographs up to 8" by 12" will be accepted,

The final picture can be enlarged or reduced as required. Small originals (less than about 3 ins by 4 ins) can however place limitations on the size of the final print if reasonable quality is to be maintained.
Orders are normally dispatched within 10 days of receipt.
All work is carried out on a computer generated copy of your image, so that your photograph is protected from further damage.
Your original photograph is copied into onto a computer system using a high resolution optical scanner. The computer image is then adjusted to restore tone and contrast, to restore tears and repair creases, other damage will also be corrected.
The image can also be edited to remove or add persons or other features, The final version is then output to a high quality inkjet printer. It can be saved to compact disk or reproduced photographically.
The restoration of a photograph will depend very much on the extent of the damage and correspondingly how much fine detail needs to be restored or recreated. The restoration service is divided several categories, from the simple to the complex. Please refer to the accompanying photo restoration price list. The Finished Image When the damage to your photograph has been corrected, weFixFotos will produce a new print to the size you require. A variety of standard sizes, are shown in the accompanying price list. The finished image can be reproduced in the medium of your choice.
Additional Copies Once your image has been restored it will be archived to compact disk and retained on computer file for permanent retrieval. Additional copies of the restored picture can be ordered at our standard print prices for that period.
